 I have the Sony WH-1000XM3s – although the latest version the XM4s are shown in the pic and the link.  The XM3s are incredible for blocking outside noise and distractions.  I’ve even recorded Financial Modelling Podcasts with them.  The sound quality is incredible, and the noise cancellation is definitely productivity-enhancing, a must-have for late nights making balance sheets balance!
